Swanwood Partnership is looking for a flexible and proactive receptionist / administrator who can confidently work across both front-of-house reception duties and back-office administrative tasks. This is not a “sit on reception all day”: role we are looking for someone who can adapt, learn, and step into different parts of the practice as needed.
The receptionist plays a pivotal role in the experience of patients at our practice, helping them to access the right services and dealing with their queries face-to-face, online and by telephone.
The main responsibilities of the role include:
Reception Duties:

Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact

Managing a busy telephone system

Booking and managing appointments

Handling patient queries with care and efficiency
Administrative Duties:

Supporting clinical triage processes

Managing incoming correspondence and documents

Processing patient records and registrations

General back-office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
