Flitwick Surgery is looking for a committed and enthusiastic GP to join their busy practice covering 5 sessions a week on a Monday (full day), Tuesday (half day) and Friday (all day). In the long term there may be potential for partnership. The vacancy has arisen due to a clinician relocating.
We support portfolio working and are interested to hear from GPs with special interests or who may want to lead on specific conditions or disease management.
We are an innovative and forward-thinking practice always looking to improve the way we deliver patient care and support our staff. We introduced full GP triage over 2 years ago (which has been well received by patients) and are looking at other ways to modernise our systems. Working as part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to support and care for a diverse patient group in a semi-rural/small commuter town location. The role will include all general duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care, including GP online triage using AccuRx.
